We're well into our green season when buyers jump back in much sooner than sellers! This imbalance in supply and demand adds considerable pressure to the market, with overbidding and price increases the norm. This has occurred with a vengeance in early 2021!
This report looks at median home sales prices relative to other parts of the Bay Area, inventory in various price tiers, seasonality and demand and pricing from several angles.
