January 2021 Report for the Greater Oakland-Berkeley-Richmond Region

Wow...our real estate market is moving at a faster pace than ever. Sellers do best to plan in advance and buyers need to be prepared, realistic and resolute!

We all still have to wrap our heads around the often SIGNIFICANT underpricing strategy. Like it or not it's a major player in the inner east bay market.

Condo sales are picking up a little as buyers are being priced out of single family homes, and the hills are seeing a resurgence of interest as outdoor space in peaceful locations gains in popularity.

For sanity, I recommend viewing as many glorious sunrises as you can. Whatever else is going on it's balm for the soul in crazy times!
